THE WORKOUTS! In true Wild West tradition we will NOT release the WODs ahead of the day. Our WODs are designed to test all athletes of all levels, and will comprise movements that will be familiar to anyone that has been practicing CrossFit for at least a few months. Please can everyone bring a jump rope - double-unders may feature on the programme! Our WODs will all include a scaling option should a particular movement provide a block to any individual, however we encourage everyone to attack the challenges in front of them and only use the scaling option as a last resort.

SOCIAL MEDIA Please tag #wildwestfitness in all social media posts leading up to and on the day of the event so we can repost the best. Our photographer Chris from Active Stills will be on hand capturing plenty of images throughout the day which will be posted on our channels soon after so make sure you and your team-mates are following us!
